WHAT WE DO TOGETHER
The mission of the All Pentecost Prison Ministry Initiative is to guide and empower ex-offenders to maximize their potential, increasing their opportunities for successful reintegration into society and to become productive citizens of their communities. Our goal is to provide stability and security for returning citizens. Through assistance in the six core components of employment, education, housing, healthcare, spiritual guidance and family unification, while addressing the individual needs of the person. Whether an individual needs assistance obtaining housing, employment, education, or healthcare, among other services, our group provides dedicated support that helps former inmates acclimate back into society.
FAMILY
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Often times, the entire family is adversely impacted by incarceration. Comprehensive intervention is provided by our group to identify family strengths and deficiencies to work with clients and their families to increase their ability to function as a unit. Support in the form of classes, trainings, family support services, and referrals are provided to increase family reunification are provided.
SPIRITUALITY
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Our group knows that most clients who are struggling with the successful reentry depend on some type of spiritual guidance to help encourage them along the way. Every client is given the opportunity to meet with our professional team of trained, faith-based mentors for spiritual counseling and connections with chaplaincy services.
EMPLOYMENT

Our group provides each member with any criminal background history or records with the job skills necessary to gain and maintain employment. Our social media posts include: Resume Creation, Interviewing Skills, Workplace Ethics, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution and Time Management.
EDUCATION

Our group believes education is pivotal for successful reentry. In this group we have programs and partners with agencies to offer GED and vocational training, support groups for behavior and addiction issues, basic life skills and financial literacy to serve as a foundation for success.
HOUSING

We understand that every client needs a stable living environment to function effectively in their reentry. In this group we have programs and partners with shelters, transitional housing programs, property owners and housing authorities to assist clients and their families in finding a place to call home.
HEALTHCARE
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Our group members are given the opportunity to incorporate health education and awareness training as a part of their reentry goals. Clients are provided the necessary resources to obtain healthcare coverage, and connection with local, affordable health clinics and pharmacies. We also encourage good nutrition for healthy living.
